Since Pixel IT’s inception in 1997, we have been dedicated to providing viable software solutions to various Australian businesses, government organizations, education providers and non-profit groups.
Our ethos has always been in finding the right solution to match our clients’ needs, not in simply selling software. We pride ourselves on a personalized service approach, with dedicated account managers and a technical support team who go above and beyond to understand a client’s individual needs and IT issues. Our objective is to solve the problems faced in everyday working environments, effectively. To give managers the support they need. To give teachers the resources and tools that will help them communicate better with students. We make sure we match the right solutions to the problems faced, giving our clients a holistic package. If our solutions aren’t a good fit, we won’t recommend them – we will endeavor, however, to find a suitable solution for you, even if it means suggesting a competitor.
The Pixel IT team includes a cross section of talent in the areas of technical support, customer service, operations, sales and marketing.
Kylee Whitehead has worked at Pixel IT for more than 7 years, of which she has been Managing Director for 4 years. With a career spanning 20 years, Kylee has a wealth of experience in IT, sales and customer service. While she has studied both law and IT at a tertiary level, she is mostly self-taught when it comes to software. Her practical know-how and years of experience working in sales roles at Tech One, Corporate Choice, Primus and more have given her a peerless knowledge of business environments and their IT needs. Kylee manages Pixel IT’s larger accounts which include several federal government departments and a number of key financial institutions. Despite her busy working life, family is a priority – she has four children with her other-half. She is generally passionate about all things tech, loves black and white movies and playing the piano. Her business ethics have always been held in high esteem – Kylee believes in transparency and making decisions with a clear and guided conscience, rather than for personal benefit. She enjoys training sales people and market leaders, believing that the best investment in a company is in the individuals who work there.
Robin Moss has been working at Pixel IT for 11 years. Prior to this she had spent 12 years at the Australian Stock Exchange and ran her own business in the Insurance and Debt recovery industry for 15 years. Robin manages all financial aspects of the Pixel IT business including the staff payrolls, client and vendor billing and software licensing. In other words, the buck stops on Robin’s desk!
Besides this, Robin’s customer service is second to none and she has worked with many of Pixel’s larger clients. Robin is very family-focused and manages to enjoy her grandchildren whilst handling the demands of her corporate life. She is also a keen golfer and devoted Kangaroo’s supporter (AFL’s North Melbourne team).
Technical Support Manager
Adam Gurrie has been working in and around the IT industry for 15 years, from SOHO through to Enterprise solutions. Adam has a strong skillset in issue resolution and configuration. He started working with Pixel IT in 2005 and over that time has evolved with the products in Pixel IT’s portfolio – developing an excellent understanding of their implementation, configuration and also in the support needs of clients. Adam has been involved in many project builds ranging from 50 – 500,000 endpoints.
During his 15 year IT career he has worked in almost every aspect of the industry and this has helped provide him with a well-rounded knowledge of integrated systems. The motto that Adam lives by is: Every Day is a School Day.

David has worked in customer service, support and solution selling in for 15+ years including telecommunications, IT and marketing. He has worked with Telstra and brands such as Lenovo as well as owner-operated small businesses. He has retained the same level of diligence and professionalism in every role. Skilled in problem solving, issue resolution and customer service David have received many recommendations from clients for his high level of service and assistance when others have put them in the “too hard basket”. David looks after a broad spectrum of clients at Pixel IT including state government departments and SMEs throughout Australia. He enjoys chess, videogames and all things nerdy. He has a passion for travel, particularly in Asia, where he has also spent time volunteering at an orphanage in India.
